I dont know the source (as in, this website) but what kind of hit piece is this exactly?
> German citizens are paying an enormous price for the ideological-socialist delusion that has embedded itself in all parties beyond the firewall, in their organizations, and in the media.
The firewall in this context is the so called "Brandmauer" which the ruling party, the CDU defined themselves and then violated numerous time while they pave the way for a rightwing, arguable, fascist goverment in the next decade
> Unreliable electricity from intermittent sources and the illusion of renewable energy being available at all times have destroyed any form of serious energy strategy.
oooorrr erratic politics by right ideology and lobbyist that quell any trace of a reliable energy politics, peaked by lobbyist in chief Katharina Reiche
> This is not serious energy policy. It is an ideological experiment conducted on a living society: green, socialist, and destructive to prosperity.
I dont know what this guy smokes but the ruling party for almost the entire duration of past 1949 germany was some flavour of rightwing/conservative CDU goverments that damned the country into a grinding halt for decades and the current outfit is actually trying to reverse any progressive changes the traffic light of before did. The entire country collapses under the monumental incompetence of politicians that only have a vision for their own wallet and this guy accuses the only people in the last 40 years with any kind of vision as "not serious energy policy" WHILE the minister in charge is activly sabotaging said energy politics with conservative bullshit?
is this guy high?

> "that damned the country into a grinding halt for decades"
I do not share that impression; I would say that between 1945 and roughly the year 2000, Germany demonstrated remarkable resilience, followed by exceptional capability in the scientific and technological fields.
However, I am not certain that the country has possessed such capabilities since the year 2000. Maybe reunification, the green vote and mutter Merkel have to do with this new situation.

The publication is a right to far right leaning conservative rag that is anti renewables and climate change deniers.
